Lifeguard - Wilson

Under the direction of the Aquatics Director or Senior Program Director, provide excellent customer service while maintaining safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas. Create a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with the Family Y of Greater Augusta policies and procedures. Maintain current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification, CPRo/BLS, and First Aid/AED skills. Complete successful background screening including criminal and drug screening. Must be at least 16 years of age.
