Job Summary
Springs Water Park is hiring lifeguards for their indoor water park, ideally looking for individuals aged 16 and above. Responsibilities include ensuring guest safety in a warm environment and providing exceptional customer service. Flexible scheduling is required, primarily during peak times such as weekends and holidays. Potential for wage advancement from $14/hr to $17.85/hr; premium pay for daytime shifts. Required Qualifications
- At least age 16 or older
- Friendly and outgoing; comfortable and confident in interacting with people
- Able to work for 8 hours in a warm, humid environment
- Able to provide extraordinary customer service by assisting all guests in a professional and caring manner
- Continued employment is contingent on successful completion of Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training class
- Must be flexible regarding scheduling as it is based on business demands
- Qualified applicants must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and background check
