Lifeguard

Supervise swimmers continuously to ensure safety, administer first aid for minor injuries, and enforce rules of conduct. Perform pool maintenance by checking chemicals, vacuuming, skimming debris, and organizing pool games while suggesting activities. Maintain cleanliness in changing rooms, bathrooms, and showers, and check first aid supplies to report needed items to management. Organize and monitor pool games at all times, ensuring all necessary records are kept and safe work practices are followed. Requires two years of lifeguarding experience, current CPR and First Aid certification, and various water safety instructor certifications. Must be 16 years or older with reliable attendance and knowledge of sanitation standards. Part-time and full-time positions available at Tuckers Cove Town Center in Punta Gorda, FL.
