Job Summary
Lifeguard position at St Cloud Country Club in Minnesota. Monitor swimming areas to ensure guest safety, respond quickly to emergencies, enforce pool rules with a positive attitude, and maintain a clean, safe pool environment. Requires Valid Lifeguarding Certification, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, and First Aid Certification, and candidate must be 16 or older.Outdoor, potentially exposures to equipment and chemicals; ability to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays. Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Lifeguarding Certification
- Valid CPR for the Professional Rescuer Certification
- Valid First Aid Certification
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and day shifts
