Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring patron safety by enforcing pool rules and regulations, performing water rescues, and administering basic first aid as needed. Maintains constant surveillance of patrons, provides emergency care and treatment, and participates in monthly training sessions. The position requires the ability to test and monitor water chemical conditions and deliver positive customer service. Candidates must have strong swimming abilities and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Current certifications in Lifeguard Training, CPR for The Professional Rescuer, Standard First Aid, and AED Training
- Certification from an approved lifeguard training program
