Monitor the pool area to prevent injuries and provide care as necessary, examining injured persons and administering first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation using training and equipment. Rescue distressed persons with American Red Cross techniques, maintain water quality by testing chemical levels, and ensure sanitary conditions in bathrooms and pool decks. Contact emergency medical personnel for serious injuries and perform other assigned tasks to ensure facility safety and cleanliness. This seasonal role supports community pools in Richmond, Midlothian, Mechanicsville, Glen Allen, and Chester, offering flexible full-time and part-time hours, opportunities for extra income through swim lessons or special events, and pathways to management positions.
