Lifeguard

Monitor the pool area to prevent injuries and provide care as necessary, examining injured persons and administering first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation using training and equipment. Rescue distressed persons using American Red Cross techniques and contact emergency medical personnel for serious injuries. Maintain water quality by testing chemical levels and ensure sanitary conditions in bathrooms and pool decks. Perform other assigned tasks to ensure facility safety and cleanliness. This role supports a safe, clean, and enjoyable swimming environment across 45+ facilities in Richmond, Midlothian, Mechanicsville, Glen Allen, and Chester, with flexible full-time and part-time hours available.
