Lifeguard

Monitor the pool area to prevent injuries and provide care as necessary, examining injured persons and administering first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation using training and equipment. Rescue distressed persons with American Red Cross techniques and maintain water quality by testing chemical levels while ensuring sanitary conditions in bathrooms and pool decks. Contact emergency medical personnel for serious injuries and perform other work assigned by management to ensure facility safety and cleanliness. Positions are available full-time or part-time at 45+ facilities in Richmond, Midlothian, Mechanicsville, Glen Allen, and Chester. We offer further training in aquatics and safety, opportunities to earn extra income through Swim Lessons or Special Events, and management promotion paths.
