Lifeguard

Monitor the pool area to prevent injuries and provide care as necessary, examining injured persons and administering first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Rescue distressed persons using American Red Cross techniques and equipment, while maintaining quality water by testing chemical levels and ensuring sanitary conditions in bathrooms and pool decks. Contact emergency medical personnel for serious injuries and perform other work assigned by management to ensure facility safety. This role supports a safe, clean, and enjoyable swimming environment across 45+ facilities in Richmond, Midlothian, Mechanicsville, Glen Allen, and Chester. Flexible full-time and part-time hours are available, with opportunities to earn extra income through Swim Lessons or Special Events.
