Job Summary
The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring member and guest safety by remaining vigilant at all times, responding to emergencies according to the Aquatic Safety Plan, checking pool chemicals, conducting swim tests, and adjusting lane lines as needed. The role requires a minimum age of 16 years and certification in Ellis & Associates CARMP. Candidates must possess a minimum vision of 20/25 or corrected vision and be prepared to work diligently to maintain safety standards.
