Job Summary
Lifeguard position for Pine Hollow Club's summer season focusing on safety, pool oversight, and member experience. Responsibilities include monitoring pool areas, enforcing rules, responding to emergencies with CPR/First Aid, assisting with opening/closing of the pool, maintaining deck cleanliness, reporting safety or maintenance issues, and collaborating with fellow staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Requires current Lifeguard Certification, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, and compliance with New York State lifeguarding requirements. Seasonal schedule with days/evenings/weekends, 3+ days/week, outdoors in varied weather; not eligible for PTO or benefits.
