Job Summary
Lifeguard role serving indoor pools with part-time Shifts (mornings to evenings, including weekends). Responsibilities include supervising the aquatics area, preventing accidents, assisting swimmers, and responding to emergencies while delivering excellent customer service. Must hold or obtain American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification; training provided with commitment and opportunities for promotion. Flexible schedule with varied hours; ability to swim to safety, enforce pool rules, and follow standards. Eligible candidates may access free lifeguard training and reimbursement options after meeting work-hour commitments.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least fifteen (15) years of age at the time of application.
- Current certification in American Red Cross Lifeguarding at time of hire.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 10-15 hours a week fall, winter, and spring 15-20 hours a week during summer.
