Job Summary
Maintain constant surveillance of patrons in the pool area and act immediately to secure customer safety during emergencies. Provide emergency care and treatment as required until emergency medical services arrive. Perform various duties to maintain a clean and safe facility, ensuring the pool area is properly supervised in accordance with American Red Cross standards. This role requires Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR/AED (adult, infant, and swimmer) certifications and the ability to complete all prerequisites. Flexible scheduling is available, and the team offers free swim lessons for children and access to advanced swim technology.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain Red Cross Lifeguard certification
- Red Cross CPR/AED certification for adult, infant and swimmer
- Must be able to successfully complete all lifeguarding prerequisites to American Red Cross standards
Desired Qualifications
- Previous swim instruction experience
