Job Summary
Scan the water for signs of distress and drowning, perform proactive interventions by notifying swimmers of rules and assisting struggling individuals, and ensure the safety and well-being of all pool guests by actively monitoring the area. Enforce pool regulations to maintain a safe environment, respond quickly to emergencies, and provide guest service by answering questions and addressing concerns while remaining calm in stressful situations. This role involves monitoring the Red Rock Village Community Association pool from late May through early September, with shifts typically lasting six hours in the afternoons and evenings from Wednesday through Sunday.
