Lifeguard Recruitment Event

Lifeguards are sought for casual, part-time and full-time shifts across five leisure centres in West London. Responsibilities include keeping visitors safe in wet facilities, creating a friendly and professional environment, ensuring warm welcomes and efficient service, staying attentive, responding quickly to incidents, and performing pool testing and health and safety checks in line with RLSS standards. Must hold National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or equivalent), have excellent communication skills and customer service experience, and be willing to work variable hours including evenings and weekends. DBS checks will be required as part of safe recruitment.
