Job Summary
Lifeguard (PRN) at Washington Regional Med. Ctr. — Exercise Center: Ensure the safety of pool patrons by actively guarding and scanning the pool, opening/closing the pool per schedule, enforcing CFE/pool policies, and initiating the aquatic emergency action plan as needed. Maintain pool area cleanliness, report accidents, and uphold safety and injury prevention policies. Requires a high school diploma or GED and a Lifeguard certification, with CPR within 90 days and First Aid certification (preferred). Prior lifeguard experience is a plus. The role involves 80% walking/standing (up to 50 lbs) and 20% sitting in a standard environment.
