Job Summary
Ensure the best levels of service are achieved for customers by offering a friendly, clean, and safe facility environment. Maintain competent swimming standards while utilizing available coaching support to improve skills if needed. Deliver amazing customer service with a smile every day across our leisure and cultural facilities. Work flexibly on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday for 6 hours per week. Complete an enhanced DBS check and obtain the NPLQ qualification, with training provided if required.
Required Qualifications
- NPLQ qualification

- Well developed interpersonal skills
- Team orientated approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of staff and colleagues
- To be able to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers

- Enhanced DBS check
