Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 15 years of age
- Pass an advanced swimming and rescue skills test
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Full range of body movement
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Mature judgment and sound decision-making
- Observant and safety conscious
- Ability to react calmly and quickly in emergencies
Desired Qualifications
- YMCA Lifeguard certification
- Red Cross lifeguard certification
- CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification
- First Aid certification
- AED certification
