Job Summary
Monitor and enforce waterpark rules in pools, slides, and the lazy river while ensuring guest safety. Learn to properly use and store rescue equipment and earn a paid lifeguard license. Receive continued training and work part-time year-round shifts including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Interact with guests of all ages and backgrounds to deliver amazing experiences. Earn an onboarding bonus of $250 by August 10th and an additional $250 after 90 days of work.
Required Qualifications
- Ages 16+
- Earn a PAID lifeguard license
- Good judgement and a commitment to safety
- Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds
- Individuals with a passion and excitement about Cedar Point
- Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
