Lifeguard - Parkville

Lead and supervise physical activity and nutrition-based programs for school-age children at multiple sites, ensuring safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate experiences. Set up and prepare equipment and materials prior to sessions, then engage with children in a fun, encouraging manner while monitoring safety and behavior. Assist with planning, preparation, and clean-up of program resources, track attendance, and communicate updates to parents and staff. Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that promotes teamwork and healthy competition in line with Y policies and the Code of Conduct for Youth.
