Job Summary
Lifeguard responsible for pool safety and member/guest protection during operating hours, enforcing pool rules and club policies, monitoring pool hours and capacity, registering members/guests, positioning lifeguards to cover all areas, and maintaining a clean and safe pool deck. The role requires ongoing certifications (ASCA or USA Swimming; CPR/First Aid/AED within the last 6 months) and effective communication with staff and guests. The position includes additional duties as needed, with availability on weekends/holidays and a part-time schedule.
