Job Summary
The Lifeguard (Opener) position at Fairborn YMCA entails maintaining safe swimming conditions and responding to emergencies. Shifts are on weekdays from early morning, with the added benefit of free certification training provided by YMCA.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 15 years of age.
- Currently hold or possess the ability to participate in and achieve certification for Lifeguard and other related certifications.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of six months or more of related lifesaving experience preferred.
- Ability to achieve certification for CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid.
- Current Lifeguard certification through the YMCA or American Red Cross.
