Job Summary
Conduct daily safety monitoring and supervision of wet side facilities, including the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room. Maintain constant alertness to create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment while welcoming and supporting members. Strictly enforce Pool Safety Guidelines, respond immediately to any incidents, and ensure all members remain safe and healthy during their use of the amenities.
Required Qualifications
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent
- ability to provide ongoing training records
