Job Summary
Supervise multiple swimming pools, the beach, and spa facilities by constantly monitoring water safety, enforcing emergency procedures, and assisting users in distress. Ensure safe daily operations across all recreation areas by strictly adhering to health, safety, fire prevention policies, and maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the working area. Actively inform supervisors and security teams regarding weather changes that may require partial or full facility closures while maintaining a friendly image with guests in correct uniform.
Required Qualifications
- Life Guard License
- Sound knowledge of local streets, tourist attractions, local culture, events etc.
- Sound knowledge of local costumes and traditions
- Ability to learn local roads, network and conditions as well as the fastest and safest routes
- Must always be in correct clean uniform with a name badge
- Must be able to assist all users who may experience difficulty in the water, especially when entering
- Must be able to inform Supervisor/line Manager as well as Security/Main Gate on changing weather conditions and related partial or full closing
- Must be able to maintain a high level cleanliness throughout the working area at all times
- Must be able to ensure very good cleanses and regular maintenance of the hotel shuttle buses
- Must be able to ensure compliance of all health, safety and fire prevention policies and procedures
- Must be able to constantly monitor swimming pools / beach activities
- Must be able to ensure all safety rules and regulations of the Recreation area are strictly followed
- Must be able to perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve overall objectives of this position
- Must be able to work in harmony with all hotel employees, applies OSM rules and provides personalized service within limit of the established job specification
