Job Summary
Maintain good supervision over the swimming pool, communicate effectively with all centre users and colleagues, and prevent accidents. Prepare activities for customers and perform cleaning duties to ensure a customer-focused environment. Work evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays at the Adwick Leisure Complex. Complete ongoing training and competency assessments, with an up-to-date pool lifeguard qualification required. This role offers a pathway to management or other departments like catering and coaching within Doncaster Culture & Leisure Trust.
