Job Summary
Monitor pool areas to ensure the safety of all swimmers and enforce pool rules and regulations. Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid as needed while assisting with maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role requires current lifeguard certification (Red Cross, YMCA, or equivalent), CPR and First Aid certification, and strong communication skills to remain calm under pressure. Hours are 10-30 per week at a rate of $15-16 per hour. Previous lifeguard experience is preferred but not required.
