Job Summary
Guard and supervise pool facilities to ensure safety and compliance with policies; monitor water quality, enforce pool rules, perform rescues and administer first aid as needed; communicate with members, assist with swim classes, attend trainings, document incidents, and maintain a clean, safe aquatic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 17+ years old
- Minimum of six (6) months of related work experience
- Available to work morning, afternoon, evening, weekend & holiday shifts
- Swimming proficiency in all types of water conditions
- Preferred: American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Certificate, American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer, American Red Cross Standard First Aid
