Job Summary
Lifeguard duties at hotel pool and water slide: monitor swimmers and riders, enforce safety rules, perform routine water-chemical testing and keep accurate records, maintain a clean pool/slide area, respond to emergencies with first aid/CPR, assist guests with questions and foster a friendly, service-focused atmosphere, oversee water slide operations and rider flow, identify/report safety concerns or equipment issues, and complete daily checklists and opening/closing procedures with accuracy. Requires strong swimming and rescue capability, exceptional guest-service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous lifeguard or pool-attendant experience is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Lifeguard Certification (National Lifeguard – Pool) and current CPR-C/Standard First Aid.
