Lifeguard II

Lifeguard II at the YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta seeks an experienced aquatic staff member to assist the Aquatic Director in supervising pool areas, coordinate lifeguard placement and rotations, and provide high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include assisting with pool safety, supporting in-service trainings, possibly opening/closing pools, and acting as a lifeguard during shifts while modeling standards. Requires applicable lifeguarding credentials, ability to respond to incidents, and the ability to work with diverse populations within a YMCA environment.
