Job Summary
Monitor pool area during guard rotations, enforce rules, and rescue swimmers while providing first aid or CPR as needed. Perform safety inspections, check chemical levels, clean the pool and decks, and maintain the bathroom. Operate the front desk to accept payments and deliver customer service to patrons. Assist with aquatic event programming and use RecTrac for daily attendance and financial operations. Attend weekly in-service training to review skills and adhere to City policies. Work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of two years of High School
