Job Summary
Lifeguard responsible for continuously monitoring pool areas to ensure guest safety, enforce pool rules, respond to emergencies with first aid/CPR, and assist Pool Attendants with maintaining a clean and orderly pool deck. Must hold current lifeguard certification (CPR/AED and First Aid) and be at least 16 years old while enrolled in school. Strong swimming, keen observation and decision-making, and effective communication with guests and team members are essential. Will participate in safety drills, perform occasional pool area inspections, and help educate guests on safety rules to promote a safe swimming environment. All duties performed in a casino resort pool environment with multiple pools and a focus on safety and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Lifeguard Certification including CPR/AED and First Aid from a recognized organization (e.g., American Red Cross)
- Must be 16+ years of age
- Must be currently enrolled in school
