Job Summary
Lifeguard at Gun Lake Casino Resort overseeing pool safety across multiple pools, enforcing pool rules, performing Emergency Response including CPR/AED and First Aid, and assisting Pool Attendants with deck cleanliness. Maintain high alertness, monitor guest activities, conduct safety drills, educate guests on pool safety, and coordinate with team members to ensure a welcoming, safe swimming environment. Requires strong swimming, excellent observation and communication skills, ability to stand/walk/swim for extended periods, and certification in Lifeguarding with CPR/AED and First Aid.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16+ years of age
- Must be currently enrolled in school
- Current Lifeguard Certification, including CPR/AED and First Aid, from a recognized organization such as the American Red Cross or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a lifeguard is preferred
