Lifeguard

Maintain constant surveillance of all patrons and respond immediately to any emergency. Provide emergency care and first aid until EMS arrives, while communicating facility rules to guests with a welcoming attitude. Inform management of incidents accurately and keep the pool deck clean, safe, and organized throughout every shift. You must be available for evening and weekend shifts, as the role requires constant focus to ensure every swimmer is accounted for and families feel safe. This position is critical to our mission of keeping every child safe in and around water.
