Job Summary
Maintain constant surveillance of all patrons and respond immediately to any emergency. Provide emergency care and first aid until EMS arrives, while communicating facility rules fairly. Inform management of incidents accurately and maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility throughout every shift. Show up ready to lead by example, available for evening and weekend shifts. This role is the backbone of our mission to ensure every child feels safe in and around water at Goldfish Swim School.
