Job Summary
Maintain constant surveillance of all patrons and respond immediately to any emergency. Provide emergency care and first aid until EMS arrives, and communicate facility rules to guests with a welcoming attitude. Inform management of incidents accurately and ensure the pool deck remains clean, safe, and organized throughout every shift. This role requires Lifeguard certification through Goldfish Swim School and 6 months of experience at an aquatic facility. You must be available for evening and weekend shifts while working in heat, humidity, and chlorine.
