Job Summary
Maintain constant surveillance of all patrons and respond immediately to any emergency. Provide emergency care and first aid until EMS arrives, while communicating facility rules fairly and informing management of incidents. Keep the facility clean, safe, and organized throughout every shift. This role requires evening and weekend availability and Lifeguard certification through Goldfish Swim School. You will work in a hot, humid environment with moderate noise levels. As a key part of our team at Goldfish Swim School, you help ensure every child feels safe and confident in the water.
