Job Summary
Maintain constant surveillance of all patrons and respond immediately to any emergency. Provide emergency care and first aid until EMS arrives, while communicating facility rules with a welcoming attitude. Inform management of incidents accurately and maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility throughout every shift. This role requires evening and weekend availability and exposes employees to heat, humidity, and chlorine. You must obtain Lifeguard certification through Goldfish Swim School and demonstrate a safety-first mindset to ensure every swimmer is accounted for and families feel secure.
