Job Summary
Conduct constant surveillance of all patrons and respond immediately to any emergency. Provide emergency care and first aid until EMS arrives, and communicate facility rules to guests with a welcoming attitude. Inform management of incidents accurately and maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility throughout every shift. This role requires evening and weekend availability and Lifeguard certification through Goldfish Swim School. You will help drive our mission to ensure every child feels safe in and around water.
Required Qualifications

- The ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to show up fully focused every shift
- Strong communication skills
- Lifeguard certification through Goldfish Swim School
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months of lifeguard experience at an aquatic facility or camp
