Job Summary
Maintain constant surveillance of all patrons and respond immediately to any emergency. Provide emergency care and first aid until EMS arrives, while communicating facility rules fairly to guests. Inform management of incidents accurately and keep the pool deck clean, safe, and organized throughout every shift. Ensure every swimmer is accounted for and that families feel confident in the water. Must be available for evening and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications

- The ability to stay calm and decisive under pressure
- Dependable, punctual, and ready to show up fully focused every shift
- Strong communication skills
- Lifeguard certification through Goldfish Swim School
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months of lifeguard experience at an aquatic facility or camp
