Job Summary
Maintain constant surveillance of all patrons and respond immediately to any emergency. Provide emergency care and first aid until EMS arrives, while communicating facility rules to guests with a welcoming attitude. Inform management of incidents accurately and keep the pool deck clean, safe, and organized throughout every shift. This role requires Lifeguard certification through Goldfish Swim School, six months of experience, and availability for evening and weekend shifts. You will work in heat, humidity, and chlorine while upholding our mission to ensure every child feels safe in the water.
