Job Summary
Maintain constant surveillance of all patrons and respond immediately to any emergency. Provide emergency care and first aid until EMS arrives, ensuring timely contact. Communicate facility rules to guests fairly with a welcoming attitude and inform management of incidents accurately. Keep the facility clean, safe, and organized throughout every shift. This role requires Lifeguard certification through Goldfish Swim School, six months of experience preferred, and availability for evening and weekend shifts. You will regularly be exposed to heat, humidity, and chlorine.
