Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •18 years of age or older
• •Minimum of 1 years of related experience
• •Must pass Ellis Lifeguard class in order to work
• •Pass Ellis Lifeguard Exam: 50 Yard continuous swim Feet first surface dive (in at least 5 ft) and retrieval of a 10 pound brick
• •2 minute Treading water without using arms
• •Maintain proper appearance, lifeguard, and first aid skills at a 'Test Ready' level at all times
• •Oversee and enforce pool rules and safety regulations for Hotel guests
• •Actively monitor pool activity to anticipate, recognize, and respond to aquatic emergencies and situations
• •This job requires a good sense of vision (either corrected or uncorrected)
• •Visual ability to operate moving equipment such as a car, truck, golf carts, etc
• •Visual ability to view work at distances of approximately 5 feet (operation and adjustment of machinery)
• •Visual ability to perform detailed work at close distances (computer screens, accounting ledgers, using measurement devices)
• •Climbing Ladders Occasional (<33%)

• •Climbing Stairs Occasional (<33%) (5ft maximum height)
