Lifeguard: Fairbanks

Supervise patrons during open swim, lap swim, swim lessons, and water aerobics while ensuring safety in the water and on the pool deck. Provide direction and assistance in a variety of situations, support fellow Lifeguards, and cooperate as a team. Stand and move on the deck and in the pool while performing daily testing requirements including three laps, two minutes of tread water, and brick retrieval. Weekend availability is preferred. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and a free family membership to all Gold level clubs for employees.
