Job Summary
Maintain watch over the pool area and enforce pool rules to ensure a safe environment; respond to injuries, incidents, and emergencies per club policy; teach private and group swim lessons for kids and adults of all abilities; assist in developing and marketing innovative swim programs; assist in maintaining the aquatics center and its cleanliness; position requires lifeguarding duties, CPR/AED and First Aid competencies, and the ability to obtain certifications if not already held at hire; applicants must be at least 16 years old and reside in CA, CO, NY, or WA per location requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 16 years of age
- Current accredited Lifeguarding Certification or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hire
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or the ability to obtain the certification at the time of hire
