Job Summary
Oversee the safety of all swimmers and people in the aquatic area during weekday evening and weekend shifts. Maintain rescue readiness at all times while attending mandatory in-service trainings. Possess at least 15 years of age, current YMCA or Red Cross Lifeguarding certification, and BLS (CPR) and First Aid credentials, or demonstrate willingness to be trained. Starting wage is $12.00, commensurate with experience. Part-time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.
Required Qualifications

- Current YMCA or Red Cross Lifeguarding
- Current BLS (CPR) and First Aid
