Job Summary
The Lifeguard will ensure the safety of swimmers at Chilson Recreation Center Pool and Winona Outdoor Pool. Responsibilities include observing swimmers, responding to emergencies, maintaining pool cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must have current Lifeguard Certification and age requirement of 15 years. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 15 years of age at time of hire
- Current Lifeguard Certification, CPR, AED and First Aid certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior lifeguarding experience preferred
- Customer service-related experience preferred
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work some evenings, weekend and holiday hours
