Job Summary
Lifeguard responsible for maintaining pool safety and delivering exceptional customer service to swim school families/members. Duties include enforcing safety protocols, checking water chemistry, opening/closing aquatics facilities, completing incident reports, providing first aid, supervising and safeguarding kids in the water, completing in-service trainings (EAP protocol), and executing surveillance and rescue techniques. Requires ARC LG & CPR Certification (other certifications accepted). Must be comfortable spending long periods on your feet and communicating professionally with families and staff; candidate should be patient and able to interact with kids and parents.
Required Qualifications
- ARC LG & CPR Certification (other certifications accepted as well)
- Be able to spend multiple hours on your feet
- Be courteous and professional to all families, members and staff
- Must enjoy working with kids and be extremely patient and understanding
- Be able to communicate effectively and professionally with parents
