Job Summary
Monitor safety and assist members using wet side facilities, including the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room. Maintain constant alertness to create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment while welcoming and supporting visitors. Respond immediately to any incidents and ensure all Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times. Work on an ad-hoc basis to suit business needs and personal availability, requiring a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
