Job Summary
Monitor safety and assist members using wet side facilities, including the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and steam room. Remain attentive at all times to create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment while welcoming and supporting visitors. Respond immediately to any incidents and ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed strictly. Work on an ad-hoc basis to suit business needs and availability. Required Qualifications
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent
