Job Summary
Lifeguard duties including using rescue techniques, observing swimmers for hazardous conditions, enforcing pool rules, and assisting injured guests until EMTs arrive. Maintain a safe, fun environment, manage towels and pool deck cleaning, and complete required safety trainings and certifications. Requires CPR and First Aid certifications and a high school diploma or GED; no related work experience required. Early-career, limited 6-month contract position with Marriott International; strong guest service focus and professional communication needed.
